The Accra High Court has dismissed the case of King Faisal to file an injection on the road map of the 2023 Ghana Football Association Elections.
The Division One League side filed a complaint against the electoral system, demanding the election of the FA’s members bodies which includes the Regional Football Associations and Executive Council before the presidential election.
After two sittings, the court dismissed the case with no order of cost involved.
The then-pending case did not stop the elections from coming off as it was staged in Tamale on October 5 where president Kurt Okraku, who run opposed secured 117 votes out of the 120 delegates present.
Executive council members were also voted into office including former Ghana coach James Kwesi Appiah as well as Gifty Oware, the only lady on the seat.
The team will lead football in the country for the next four years.
