Hearts of Oak head coach Aboubakar Ouattara expressed disappointment over his team’s missed opportunities following their defeat to Nations FC in the Ghana Premier League on Thursday.
The Phobians loss 1-0 to Nations FC at Tuba AstroTurf, in a matchday 24 fixture with Razak Simpson’s 56th minutes strike.
The defeat is thrir6 fourth consecutive encounter without a win.
Speaking to the media after the game, Ouattara stated they lost to a better side but admitted his outfit did not take their chances.
“I told you before the match that Nations FC is a strong team. Today, unfortunately, we lost against a strong team with a good organisation.
“We did everything, but unfortunately, it’s the same disaster we have. The scoring possibility, we have a problem with that. We lost, and we accept it. We didn’t do well. We missed all the chances.”
With the defeat, Hearts now drop to the 6th with 37points on the league table and they will face Medeama SC in their next game.
