Heart of Lions secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Medeama SC in a Ghana Premier League match at the Kpando Sports Stadium Wednesday

The deadlock was finally broken in the 73rd minute when Ebenezer Abban scored the only goal of the match, rescuing all three points for Heart of Lions.
This win has seen Heart of Lions climb to 4th position in the league standings with 44 points, while Medeama SC follows closely in 5th place with 41 points.
