Black Satellites beat Tema Youth 2-1 in preparatory game ahead of WAFU U-20 Cup of Nations –

 

Ghana’s Black Satellites came from behind to beat Tema Youth 2-1 in a preparatory game at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The national U-20 national team are preparing for the upcoming WAFU-20 Cup of Nations to be held in Niger in May.

Tema Youth scored the opening goal through Martie Adjei in the first half before Black Satellites equalized through King Faisal striker Ibrahim Zuberu.

Yahaya Mohammed of Tamale City scored the winner as he went pass the goalkeeper to put the ball into the net.

The Black Satellites will continue with preparations ahead of the tournament which kicks off in May 7.

Ghana go into the competition as defending champions and have been drawn against Nigeria and Burkina Faso in Group A.

Hosts Niger have been drawn against Togo, Cote d’Ivoire and Benin.
