Ajax midfielder Mohammed Kudus lauds former club Strong Tower FC for his rise to stardom

Ajax attacking midfielder Mohammed Kudus has heaped praise his former club Strong Tower FC for the role they played in the early stages of his playing career.

The 22-year-old started his career with Strongtower FC in Accra before he was integrated to the Right to Dream Academy at the age of 12. He left the Academy based in Accra and travelled to Denmark, where he joined Nordsjaelland.

Kudus, who joined Ajax in 202o is currently dominating the headlines across Europe following his scoring form for the Dutch champions this season, netting nine goals in 15 appearances for the Sons of the Gods in all competitions.

“It is a club that trains many talents for the rest of the world. It was at that club that I was seriously involved in football for the first time. Strong Tower is known for training talents.”

‘I am not the only one, there are still five or six players who now play in Europe and are from Strong Tower,” Kudus told the club’s website.
