Police Officers in Accra have apprehended Hearts of Oak SC National Chapters Circles (NCC) Chairman, Elvis Herman Hesse Jnr on Monday.
Kickoffghana.com sources reveal Herman was pick up in connection to his attack on Hearts of Oak Board Member Vincent Sowah Odotei on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium in their CAF Confederation Cup game against Real Bamako.
As a result, already scheduled NCC press conference slated to take place today at Accra Sports stadium has been abrogated.
Video footage went viral as the two officials were spotted exchanging words in a heated augment at the stadium.
