National U-15 head coach Kofi Ntow Gyan is worried about Ghana’s preparation towards the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Otto Addo’s side engaged in two friendlies last month against Brazil and Nicaragua.
The Black Stars were battered 3-0 by the Selacao boys before securing a solitary win over the Central American side.
In an interview with Dan Kweku Yeboah TV, Kofi Ntow Gyan believes the two matches are inadequate for the team ahead of the World Cup.
“The Brazil and Argentina we always talk about, they prepared early. It is not like that here we wait till two weeks to the tournament and start calling players, it doesn’t help us,”
“All this can be attributed to money it is expensive to prepare that is why some of these things worry us. We have money here and if so why don’t we take that money and use it for the preparation.” He added
The Black Stars of Ghana will lock horns with Portugal South Korea Republic and Uruguay at the Mundial coming November in Qatar.
