Medeama SC midfielder, Rashid Nortey says they are aiming to win the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League title.
The Yellow and Mauve under David Duncan as the head coach of the side have made it two out of two and sit top of the league log with six points.
Medeama SC are among the only three teams to have won all their matches so far alongside Dreams FC and Aduana Stars.
Nortey speaking in an interview as reported by Kickgh disclosed their ultimate aim is to finish the season as champions despite admitting how tedious the task will be.
“Our target is to win the Premier League title this season,” he said. “The players we had a meeting and thought about that.
“It won’t be easy because other clubs will also want to win but we know if we put in a little effort, we will win it this time,” he added.
Medeama SC will play as a guest to Berekum Chelsea in match-week 3 this weekend.
