Christian Atsu: “Chelsea transfer is the best decision I’ve ever made” – Ghana Latest Football News, Live Scores, Results

Former Ghana international Christian Atsu believes that joining Chelsea in the English Premier League is the best decision he has ever made.

After making his name with Portuguese giants Porto, the winger moved to Stamford Bridge in 2013, signing a five-year contract.

But he couldn’t nail a regular spot, forcing him to go on loan before permanently leaving the club for Newcastle United in 2017.

However, the 30-year-old remains steadfast in his decision, calling it the “best ever.”

On Tuesday, August 30, Atsu revealed the news in response to a Facebook post.

After four years with the Magpies, Atsu left on a free transfer to Al-Raed.

He recently joined Turkish side Hatayspor on a one-year deal.
