Kotoko will replicate their form in Africa – Asante Kotoko board member Kwasi Osei Ofori

Asante Kotoko board member has stated that the Porcupine Warriors will replicate their Ghana Premier League performance in Africa.

The Kumasi based club is currently leading the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League with 52 points after 25 games. Asante Kotoko is on their way to snatch the title from sworn rivals Accra Hearts of Oak.

Kwasi Ofori believes the squad is capable of giving their fans the same performance they have enjoyed in the league in Africa when they qualify.

“It’s so obvious, everybody can see that now we are on course to win the GPL title. We will replicate our form in Africa and hopefully, we won’t disappoint,” he told Akoma FM.

“The return to Baba Yara Stadium has been instrumental in our success this season as compared to last season where we played home away from home,”

“Now the Board of Kotoko is really working together as a team, we have a good management team and whatever support they need, the Board is providing,” he ended.
