Mark Noonan lands job in Canada as commissioner

Former Hearts of Oak managing director Mark Noonan has been appointed as commissioner for the Canadian Premier League.

Noonan replaces David Clanachan who stepped down from his role this year.

He landed this hotseat for his vast experience in the football fraternity.

Noonan spent one year at Hearts of Oak and it was during his tenure the club appointed ex-Ghana striker Kim Grant as head coach.
