The Executive Council of the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) has officially launched the Top Six competition for 2022.
The competition which will serve as pre-season for the top six best-placed clubs from the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League is scheduled to kick off on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at the Nation’s Capital, Accra Sports Stadium.
The Leadership of GHALCA had the competition launched at their Secretariat in Accra on Friday, August 12, 2022.
Participating clubs will be Medeama Sporting Club, Bechem United FC, Karela United FC, Great Olympics, Accra Hearts of Oak and Berekum Chelsea FC.
All six clubs have confirmed their participation in the 2022 GHALCA G6 tournament to be staged in Accra.
All clubs have been pitted into A and B and will have three each. Time schedule for games are with 4:00PM and 6:00PM.
Winner goes home with GH¢40,000, second placed Club pockets Ghc30,000 and the third settling on Ghc20,000 respectively.
