Ghanaian striker Elvis Manu inks 2-year contract with Botev Plovdiv

Ghanaian international Elvis Manu has signed for Botev Plovdiv in a sensational return to play in the Bulgarian Parva Liga.

The experienced striker joined Bulgarian giant Ludogorets Razgrad in 2020 and went on to play closed to two full seasons with the team where he won a few trophies including the league title.

He subsequently moved to Poland where he joined Wisla Krakow. Unfortunately, things did not go well at the club as they suffered relegation at the end of the 2021/22 football season.

Having left the club, Elvis Manu has decided to return to Bulgaria. The highly-rated striker has been signed by Botev Plovdiv to strengthen the squad of the team for the 2022/23 football season.

The new signing has already had a number of training sessions with his teammates and is in line to mark his competitive debut for the club this weekend.
