Accra Hearts of Oak attacker Daniel Afriyie Barnieh is on the verge of leaving the club following interest from German side, Bayer Leverkusen.
The 21-year-old received an offer from Leverkusen after an explosive season at the Accra-based club.
Kickoffghana.com can report that management of Hearts are considering the lucrative offer submitted by the European club for the acquisition of the former Aduman SHS star.
Barnieh’s contract will expire in 2023 after joining them from Republican FC.
He was the club’s top scorer in the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season with 8 goals.
