Yusuf Bssigi, National U-20 female coach of Ghana has disclosed that, technically coaches from Ghana are intelligent.

has observed the intelligence and technicality based in Europe drawing the line between Ghana and Europe.
According to the former Black Queens tactician in an interview with Ahoto FM said, though we run football activities in Africa but the environment and structure does not favour especially to the coaches since they have no powers.
“Technically, we Ghanaian coaches are very intelligent because there wasn’t much difference between us and the white coaches”.
“Our environment doesn’t favor us because it’s sometimes to make or take decision without the consents of team management but in Europe it’s different, they don’t interrupt your decision on either selection or anything which Coaches in Ghana are not privileged to”.
He added that; “The Europeans are professional and has a very favourable environment and systems”.
Former Sekondi Hassacas Coach, Yusuf Basigi was demoted to manage the Black Princesses despite leading the race as one of the best female coach in Ghana.
