Bundesliga side Freiburg, have reached personal term agreement with Daniel Kofi Kyereh to join the club this summer.
Freiburg are now negotiating a fee with St. Pauli who are demanding €4.5m for the midfielder.
Kyereh was one of the best players for St. Pauli last season, scoring 12 goals and providing 10 assist for the Bundesliga ll club.
Freiburg have joined Stuttgart, Mainz 05 and newly-promoted Werder Bremen, fighting for the signature of Kyereh.
The 26 year old was excused from the Black Stars camp after the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Central African Republic, as he seeks to complete the transfer.
