New Manchester City signing, Erling Haaland has lauded Ghana coach, Otto Addo, describing him as a top-class gaffer.
Addo, who also works as the talent coach for German Bundesliga side, Borussia Dortmund discovered the young forward.
Haaland joined Dortmund in 2019 from FC Red Bull Salzburg in the region of €20 million, signing a four-and-a-half-year contract.
Following his move to the German club, the Norwegian has dominated the international media due to his exploits with the club.
After completing a move to Manchester City in a deal worth €60 million which can potentially rise to €150m, Haaland speaking in a documentary which is yet to be aired by Dortmund admitted he owes some of that to Otto Addo.
“That’s the biggest legend, If we talk about the biggest legends in this club, this guy, He’s the best one,” Haaland openly praised Otto Addo.
“He is the best. Otto,” the player screamed the name in the end.
Haaland scored a total of 29 goals last season from Borussia Dortmund.
