Finnish double winner Gideon Baah desperate for Black Stars call-up

In-form HJK Helsinki utility player Gideon Baah claims he is ready for a Black Stars call-up after winning both the Finnish League and Cup double.

The 23-year-old was an integral part of Helsinki’s double winning side and has attracted a lot of attention from Europe’s elite leagues.

Baah, who joined Helsinki from FC Honka a year ago, has been a hit buy following his ever-impressive display with the Finish champions.

The former Asante Kotoko player says he deserves a look in following a trophy-winning season in Finland.

“We have had a great season and I feel it has somehow exceeded our expectation,” Baah exclusive told Ghana’s leading football website GHANASoccernet.com

“I arrived here almost a year ago and I happy we have been able to put smiles on the faces our supporters.

“My next target is earning a national team call up and taking it from there.

“I believe with the experience I have gathered here and my determination I should be able to cope.
