Wales is set to host Ghana in a pre-World Cup friendly match on June 2, 2026, at the Cardiff City Stadium.

This will be the first senior men’s international fixture between the two teams.

Ghana’s squad is expected to feature key players like Jordan Ayew, Antoine Semenyo, Iñaki Williams, and Thomas Partey, led by head coach Otto Addo.

The match is part of Ghana’s preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, where they’ve been drawn in Group L alongside England, Croatia, and Panama.

Wales, led by Craig Bellamy, is still chasing their World Cup dream, having qualified for the playoffs.

Ghana has also scheduled friendlies against Austria, Germany, and Mexico as part of their preparations. Ticket information for the Wales vs Ghana match will be announced in due course.
