Tottenham manager Thomas Frank has confirmed that Mohammed Kudus will be sidelined until after the March international break, describing the injury as a major setback for the club.
“Kudus is a bigger one, to the tendon and quad, and we don’t expect him back until after the March international break,” Frank said. “That’s a blow for us, especially at this stage of the season.”
Frank acknowledged the timing couldn’t be worse, with Tottenham facing a tough run of fixtures in both the Premier League and Champions League.
“We have to be patient and manage this properly,” he added. “The most important thing is that he comes back fully fit and ready to perform.”
He also noted the team will need to adapt in attack during this crucial period. “It’s going to be challenging without him, but we’ll figure it out and make sure the team stays competitive.”
