Defending MTN FA Cup holders Asante Kotoko are bracing for a familiar test against city rivals King Faisal in the Round of 32.

The highly anticipated encounter is scheduled for Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.

Kotoko booked their place in this round after overturning an early deficit to edge past Future Stars 2-1 in the previous stage.

King Faisal, on the other hand, secured progression with a win over PAC Academy to set up the Kumasi derby.

Elsewhere, Swedru All Blacks will return to action at home, where they face Division One side Sefwi All Stars in another Round of 32 fixture.

Former champions Medeama SC are also in action, hosting Bibiani Gold Stars at the T&A Park in Tarkwa.

Additional ties see Heart of Lions take on Na God FC, while Tamale City lock horns with Karela United at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium.
