The Competitions Department has confirmed dates and venues for the Round of 64 of the 2025/26 MTN FA Cup, with fixtures scheduled from November 25 to December 3, 2025.
Defending champions Asante Kotoko headline the round and will travel to face Future Stars on Wednesday, December 3, while Accra Hearts of Oak host True Life FC at the Pobiman Hearts Park.
The action begins on Tuesday, November 25, with two fixtures:
- Debiso Soccer Lions vs Fijai United
- Tumantu Domenasi vs Eleven Wonders
Former champions Okwahu United will take on Port City at the Carl Reindorf Park in Dansoman on Wednesday, November 26.

- Medeama SC vs Sekondi Rospak
- Dreams FC vs Semper FI
- Inter Allies vs Accra Lions at the University of Ghana Stadium

Winners from this stage will progress to the Round of 32 of the MTN FA Cup.
