Ghana’s Black Princesses ended their WAFU B U20 Girls’ Cup campaign with a 3-0 defeat to Nigeria on Tuesday in Benin.

Coach Charles Sampson made three changes to the starting lineup, bringing in Theresa Darko, Mary Amponsah, and Fatima Fuseini.

Nigeria struck twice before halftime to take control, leaving Ghana chasing the game.

Mary Amponsah and Linda Owusu Ansah had chances for the Princesses but could not score.

Sarah Nyarko came close in the second half, but her effort narrowly missed the post.

A late third goal from Nigeria sealed the result and ensured a double victory over Ghana.

The Black Princesses finish the tournament with two wins against Benin and two losses to Nigeria, gaining valuable experience ahead of the World Cup qualifiers.
