The Ghana Football Association’s Player Status Committee (PSC) has slammed Supreme Babies FC and Mosbees Soccer Agency FC with a one-year suspension from all football-related activities after being found guilty of falsifying player registration details.
The sanction, which takes immediate effect, will run until October 6, 2026.
It comes after the two clubs were found to have fraudulently registered footballer Anthony Aboagye without his consent, a clear violation of Article 21.1 of the GFA Disciplinary Code (2019), which prohibits document forgery in football transactions.
Aboagye lodged a complaint after discovering he had been unlawfully registered by Mosbees Soccer Agency FC under false information while he was abroad.
He explained that he joined JMG Academy in 2016 and later transferred to the academy’s Mali branch before returning to Ghana in 2024 to sign for Rumark FC.
During the hearing, Mosbees Soccer Agency FC admitted to the fraudulent act and appealed for leniency.
Further investigations revealed that Mr. Paul Kingsford Abeokuta Ephraim, owner of Mosbees Soccer Agency FC, also owns Supreme Babies FC, which had previously registered the player using falsified details.
The PSC cleared Aboagye of any wrongdoing and directed that all fraudulent records linked to him be erased. It also ruled that the player is now free to register with any club of his choice under his correct personal details.
