Ransford-Yeboah Konigsdorffer excited to stay at Hamburger SV after failed OGC Nice move

Ghana international Ransford-Yeboah Konigsdorffer’s anticipated move to OGC Nice has fallen through due to an unspecified issue detected during his medical examination.

The 22-year-old had agreed on personal terms with the French Ligue 1 outfit and a transfer fee had been finalized.

However, after a second medical examination, Nice decided not to pursue the signing. Konigsdorffer is now set to stay at Hamburger SV for the 2025/26 season and is reportedly happy to remain with the German club.

He looks forward to playing in the Bundesliga and is expected to be a key player for HSV in the upcoming season.

The failed transfer has given HSV a boost as they retain the services of the talented Ghanaian winger.
