US Avellino 1912 have signed Ghanaian-Italian midfielder Emmanuel Gyabuaa on loan from Atalanta ahead of the 2025/26 Serie C season. The deal includes an option to buy and a counter-option for Atalanta.

The 22-year-old, born in Parma, has featured in Serie A with Atalanta and gained further experience in Serie B and C with Perugia and Pescara.

Known for his versatility, vision, and control in midfield, Gyabuaa is expected to bring creativity and composure to Avellino’s engine room.

“We’re excited to have Emmanuel on board,” said the club’s sporting director. “He fits perfectly into our plans and brings experience from all levels of Italian football.”

Gyabuaa is set to begin pre-season with his new teammates and could make his debut in the opening weeks of the campaign as Avellino target a strong push in Serie C.
