Charlotte FC striker Patrick Agyemang is on the verge of joining Derby County, with the 24-year-old currently undergoing a medical in the United States.
According to Sky Sports News reporter Zinny Boswell, the transfer is in its final stages and is expected to be completed by tomorrow.
