Hearts of Oak have reopened talks with experienced goalkeeper Solomon Agbasi, who is currently a free agent after parting ways with Dreams FC.
The club is looking to strengthen its squad ahead of the new season and sees Agbasi as a reliable option to improve their goalkeeping depth and deputise in the absence of regular shot-stopper Benjamin Asare.
Agbasi had previously been in advanced talks with Hearts of Oak last season but suffered an injury that halted the potential transfer.
Now fully recovered, Agbasi is attracting interest from several clubs, and Hearts of Oak is keen to finalize a deal.
The 25-year-old goalkeeper is known for his shot-stopping reflexes and command in the box.
His addition would provide much-needed competition and stability in goal as Hearts of Oak looks to rebuild under new management. The club is hopeful that the deal will be sealed soon, ahead of their pre-season tour.
