Ghanaian forward Daniel Afriyie Barnieh has officially parted ways with FC Zurich.
The Swiss club announced that his contract was terminated by mutual consent.
The 24-year-old joined Zurich in 2023 after a standout spell with Ghana Premier League side Hearts of Oak.
During his time in Switzerland, he made 50 appearances and scored two league goals.
Despite flashes of promise, the former Black Galaxies captain struggled to secure a regular starting role.
He is now a free agent and available for transfer this summer.
FC Zurich thanked Barnieh for his contributions and wished him success in his next chapter.
