Andre Ayew begins full-scale training; set for 16 February return

Ghana midfielder Andre Ayew will be fit for Marseille’s Ligue 1 clash against Saint-Etienne on 16 February.

Ayew trained with his teammates for the first time on Monday after recovering from a knee from injury.

The winger underwent surgery in November last year and he is now winning the fitness battle.

Head coach Jose Anigo should be delighted with the progress of his talented midfielder.

Marseille are struggling this term as they lie 9th on the league table having won one of their last five matches.
