Ghanaian winger Abdul Fatawu Issahaku has rejoined Leicester City’s training sessions after a six-month recovery from a serious knee injury.
The 21-year-old had a limited season, making only 11 appearances due to his anterior cruciate ligament injury.
However, he’s now fully recovered and ready to contribute to Leicester City’s push for a top-flight return.
Issahaku previously played a key role in leading the team to the Premier League title in the Championship two seasons ago, with 19 goal contributions.
As Leicester City kicks off their pre-season training, the players are undergoing intense physical drills and gym sessions to get in shape.
The team will also participate in three pre-season friendlies against Peterborough United, Oud Heverlee Leuven, and Fiorentina before the new season starts in six weeks.
These matches will help the team fine-tune their tactics and build momentum ahead of the 2025/26 season.
