The Ghana Football Association has officially confirmed Bibiani Gold Stars and Asante Kotoko as Ghana’s representatives for the 2025/26 CAF Interclub competitions.
Bibiani Gold Stars will compete in the CAF Champions League after clinching the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League title with 63 points under coach Stephen Frimpong Manso.
This marks the club’s maiden appearance in the prestigious tournament, capping a remarkable rise just three seasons after gaining promotion to the top flight.
Asante Kotoko, one of Ghana’s most decorated clubs, will participate in the CAF Confederation Cup following their 2-1 win over Golden Kick FC in the 2024/25 MTN FA Cup final.
Both clubs will begin preparations soon, focusing on completing club licensing requirements and player registrations as mandated by CAF.
