Kwasi Sibo and Real Oviedo achieved a historic promotion to La Liga after a 24-year absence, following a 3-1 win over Mirandes in the playoff final on Saturday.
Sibo played a crucial role in the team’s success, featuring in 38 out of 42 league games.
With eight years of experience in European football since leaving Cheetah FC in Ghana, Sibo demonstrated his adaptability and skill, having played for six clubs during this period.
After joining Real Oviedo just a year ago, the midfielder has become an integral part of the team.
His impressive performances have contributed significantly to the club’s promotion to La Liga.
