Nations FC have initiated negotiations to sign former Hearts of Oak midfielder Salim Adams, who is currently a free agent.
The 22-year-old is on the radar of clubs outside Ghana as well, with reports suggesting offers have come in from teams in Canada and Israel.
Adams began last season brightly with Hearts but left the club earlier this year after rejecting a contract extension.
He initially joined the Phobians in 2021 and impressed enough to earn a loan move to MLS side FC Cincinnati for a season.
Upon returning to Ghana, he featured in the second half of the 2023/24 campaign, contributing 2 goals and 1 assist in 14 appearances.
He managed just 10 games and a single goal in the last season before parting ways with the Accra-based club.
Nations FC are hopeful of securing his signature as they look to bolster their midfield options ahead of the new season.
