Asante Kotoko will face Premier League winners Gold Stars in the 2025 Champion of Champions clash on August 31.
The Ghana Football Association confirmed the date for the one-off encounter, which will be played ahead of the new league season.
Kotoko qualified for the showdown after winning the MTN FA Cup with a 2-1 win over Golden Kick.
Both sides will be looking to set the tone for their respective seasons with silverware.
Last year, FC Samartex 1996 defeated Nsoatreman FC 1-0 at the TnA Stadium in Tarkwa to lift the 2024 Champion of Champions trophy.
The fixture marks the official kickoff of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League campaign.
It also offers fans an early taste of top-tier football and a possible preview of the rivalries to come.
