Austrian-Ghanaian defender Kevin Danso celebrated Tottenham Hotspur’s historic Europa League win over Manchester United on social medial.
Danso, on loan from RC Lens, came on as a substitute in the final and helped the North London side hold on for the victory.
This triumph marked Tottenham’s first major trophy in 17 years and secured a spot in the UEFA Champions League next season.
Danso had joined Spurs in January with the dream of winning major trophies, and his wish came true.
After the game, he posted on X, “Living the dream. Europa League winners 2025.” He added, “Europa League champions!! 40+ years in the making, forever grateful to be part of this great team. Glory to God.”
Danso’s loan deal expires on June 30, 2025, but Tottenham has the option to buy the defender.
Tottenham’s future looks bright with this trophy and a Champions League spot secured.
