Golden Kick boss unfazed by Kotoko threat ahead of MTN FA Cup final

Golden Kick FC CEO Joseph Epton says his team is heading into the MTN FA Cup final with no fear of giants Asante Kotoko.

The Division One side stunned Attram De Visser with a commanding 3-1 win last weekend at the TNA Stadium, booking their spot in the 2024/25 FA Cup final.

Golden Kick’s impressive cup journey has already seen them knock out two Ghana Premier League sides – Karela United and the Hearts of Oak – on their way to the final.

“Kotoko is a good side we respect them, we know they have a good coach and players but Golden Kick is always unique when we play against the best and the best teams do not get their rhythm when they play against us so this is what they should expect from us,” he told Luv Sports.

The much-anticipated final between Asante Kotoko and Golden Kick FC is scheduled for June 15 at the University of Ghana Stadium
