Black Stars coach, Otto Addo, paid a visit to Leicester City winger Abdul Fatawu Issahaku and his teammate Jordan Ayew who picked up injuries during the international break in November.
Fatawu is currently undergoing rehabilitation for a serious knee injury sustained during Ghana’s matchday Five clash against Angola in Luanda as part of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers.
The injury has ruled him out for the rest of the season and also makes him unavailable for Ghana’s upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Chad and Madagascar scheduled for March next year.
Meanwhile, Jordan, who also picked up injury during in the aformentioned game, has made a full recovery from his injury and has rejoined Leicester City.
Addo was also in France for injured defender Alidu Seidu who underwent a successful surgery following a left knee injury during a French Lique 1 match against LOSC in November.
