Hearts of Oak head coach, Aboubakar Ouattara, praised his team’s grit and determination following their 2-1 victory over Young Apostles on Sunday in the Ghana Premier League.

The Phobians’ resilience paid off as they secured their second win of the ongoing campaign.

In his post-match interview, Coach Ouattara acknowledged the difficulty of the game.

“Today’s match was very tough. I knew it would be difficult, but we managed to contain Young Apostles’ strong side and earned the three points,” Ouattara said

“We can’t celebrate too much; it’s just our second win. We’ll continue working hard, and see what the season holds. It won’t be easy, but we’ll do our best.”

The win moves Hearts of Oak up to 8th place in the table.
