The General Secretary of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Prosper Harrison Addo, has met with top officials of the National Sports College (NSC), Winneba, to discuss the modalities for running License D coaching courses at the college.

The NSC officials had earlier met the GFA’s Technical Director, Professor Joseph Mintah, to hold discussions on how the GFA License D courses could be incorporated into the school’s academic programmes.

Mr. Collins Kofi Aduafo, Technical Director, and Yakubu Commodore, a Technical Trainer from the Sports College, held discussions with the GFA General Secretary to further the start of the license D course.

Established in 1984, the National Sports College is an agency under the Ministry of Youth and Sports that is responsible for training and re-training technical human resources in the sports industry.

In the recent past, they have organised courses in sports management and administration, sports governance and leadership, and fitness instructors’ courses, among others.
