Djurgården Ghanaian youngster Daniel Amartey has been ruled out of Thursday’s clash against Brommapojkarna.

The 18-year-old suffered the injury during Djurgården’s friendly game against Manchester City with further checks revealing he suffered a fracture to the face.

He will see a specialist this week to determine the extent of damage.

“At the end of the week he will see a specialist to look at the damage and determine what action is necessary,” the club have confirmed.

“Before that it is impossible to speculate on how long the Ghanaian will be gone,”

Djurgården are rooted at the bottom of the table with a single point after three matches in the Swedish top-flight.
