Ghana international goalkeeper Lawrence Ati-Zigi has reached a significant milestone in his career at Swiss outfit, St Gallen having made his 150th appearance for the team on Monday.

The Black Stars shot stopper kept the post for St Gallen in their 1-1 home draw against Luzern in the week 29 of the Swiss Super League.

St Gallen opened the scoring through Albert Vallci in the 42nd minute as the host went to the recess with the advantage.

The home team were cruising to victory until Lars Villiger fired home the needed equalizer in injury time to secure a crucial away point for his side.

The 27-year-old made 28 appearances in the Swiss top-flight this season, missing just a game so far this campaign.

Ati-Zigi has established himself as key member of the St Gallen since joining the club in January 2020.

The Black Stars goalkeeper current contract with St Gallen is expected to elapse in the summer of 2025.

St Gallen will be hoping to keep their priceless asset at the club having made a significant impact since joining the club.
