Prisons Ladies fall to Super Ladies, Pearlpia Ladies crashed by KUSA in Northern Zone

Tamale Super Ladies defeated Prison Ladies at the Yendi Astro Turf as the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League returned on Saturday. Haruna Zeinab’s 2nd minute strike was enough to give the home side all the points in Yendi.

Tamale Super Ladies dominated proceedings in the opening stages of the game and pinned Prisons Ladies to their half despite quality display from the visitors but it yielded not dividend as Tamale Super Ladies held on to their slim lead.

Still in Yendi, Pearlpia Ladies lost at home to Kumasi Sports Academy through Bernice Aboagyewaa.

Bernice scored two goals in either half to give her side a comfortable away win in Yendi. The attacker opened the scoring in the 11th minute before adding the second goal in the 61st minute to give her side the maximum points.
