Ghana striker Jordan Ayew trains with Black Stars teammates after arriving in camp

Ghana forward, Jordan Ayew took part in the training session of the Black Stars on Wednesday, January 3.

The Crystal Palace forward was absent on Tuesday when the Black Stars held their first training session to prepare for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.

Having reported to camp, the striker today took part in the training and impressed the technical team led by coach Chris Hughton.

In addition to Jordan Ayew, goalkeeper Richard Ofori also trained with the Black Stars today.

It is now left with midfielder Mohammed Kudus and striker Inaki Williams who are yet to report to camp to train with the Black Stars.

Already, Athletic Club has announced that Inaki Williams will travel to Ghana on Thursday, January 4.

Ghana is heading to the 2023 AFCON in Ivory Coast as one of the 24 countries. The Black Stars will compete against Cape Verde, Egypt, and Mozambique in Group B.
