Defender Vincent Atingah made his Bibiani GoldStars debut against former club Medeama SC in the Ghana Premier League on Wednesday.
The former Hearts of Oak centre-back played for the Tarkwa-based side after the Ghana champions at the start of the new season.
Atingah lasted the entire duration in Gold Stars’ 1-0 defeat to the Yellow and Mauve at the Akoon Park in Tarkwa.
Kwadwo Amoako scored the only goal from the spot in the 74th minute as the defending champions picked up all the three points
The 30-year-old defender is expected to play a key role for his new club as they eye a good place finish at the end of the 2023/24 season.
