Head Coach of Aduana Stars, Yaw Acheampong, has affirmed their primary objective which is to maintain the top position in the Ghana Premier League until the end of the season.
The Ogya lads currently lead the league table following a narrow 1-0 victory against Bechem United in a week 15 fixture at the Nana Agyemang Badu I Park, courtesy of Bright Adjei’s 17th-minute strike.
Speaking to the media, Acheampong expressed, ‘That has been our dream—to be there until the end of the first season. So, let’s see how the other games go and then we see what we can do next.’
Aduana currently at the summit with 27 points, and their next challenge will be an away game against Nsotreman SC.
