Ghanaian forward Wadi Ibrahim Suzuki scores a hattrick in Girona B’s win against Mollerussa

Japanese-born Ghanaian forward Wadi Ibrahim Suzuki propelled Girona B to a resounding victory against Mollerussa, securing a triumphant return to the path of success after a recent setback.

Suzuki’s exceptional performance was the focal point of Girona B’s reinvigorated spirit, as they bounced back with determination following a commendable effort against Hospitalet.

In the heart of the Spanish Tercera Federacion, Sergi Mora’s team not only mended the wounds of defeat but did so with a resounding statement—a festival of goals that echoed their prowess on the field. Suzuki, with a hat-trick to his name, emerged as the orchestrator, guiding Girona B to dominance from the outset.

The journey to victory began with Girona B taking the lead early on through Iker Almena, showcasing their intent to seize control of the game.

At half-time Girona B was already winning by three goals, and they rounded it off in the second half with a hat-trick from Wadi Suzuki. Mohammed Amine Laghrissi scored an own goal in the 10th minute.

Girona B is 10 points behind with sixteen points and will pay a visit to the leader, Olot, before Christmas.
