Meeama defender Fatawu Hamidu has joined the Black Stars squad as a replacement for Joseph Aidoo ahead of the friendly against USA.
The left-back missed a clash against Mexico, having been involved in Medeama’s international friendly against DC United at the Audi Field in Washington on Saturday.
Hamidu will train with the squad on Monday as Ghana continues to prepare for the clash on Wednesday.
Ghana aims to end the International window on a high following the 2-0 loss to Mexico at the Bank of America stadium on Saturday.
The team will take on the United States of America in the second friendly at the GEODIS Park.
