CAF CC: Dreams FC gain first-leg advantage over FC Kallon

Dreams FC have gained a first-leg advantage in the CAF Confederation Cup after beating FC Kallon 2-1 in the second preliminary round at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Godfred Atuahene gave the home side the lead inside 11 minutes of action before the visitors responded and levelled the scoreline on the stroke of halftime through Daniel Karim.

Dreams FC’s pressure to take the lead paid off after they were awarded a penalty. Striker John Antwi stepped up and dispatched it.

It is a victory that puts the Still Believe Boys in the ascendency ahead of the second leg in two weeks.
