South African based Ghanaian goalkeeper Richard Ofori has been named in Coach Chris Hugton’s 25 man Black Stars squad against Central Africa Republic.
The Orlando Pirates goalie will replaced injured Joseph Luke Wollacott for the upcoming 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers in Kumasi.
Ghana will welcome Central African Republic at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Thursday at 4pm as both countries seek for a place in the continental event to be hosted in Ivory Coast next year.
Ofori was Ghana’s first choice goalkeeper but has lost the position to the injured Jojo Wollacott.
